Now Sold at Midtown Olive Oil in Raleigh

I am excited to announce that our honey is now being sold at Midtown Olive Oil in Raleigh, NC. Please be sure to visit them and show your support. Below is a fantastic cocktail recipe I created that uses their grapefruit white balsamic. The vinegar adds a layer of sweetness to the drink and merges well with the peach and rosemary. An excellent pair with any charcuterie board.

Life’s a Peach!

Ingredients:

• 1oz honey

• 1oz fresh lemon juice

• 2 tsp grapefruit white balsamic

• 2 oz vodka (infused with peach and rosemary)

• 4oz champagne

• 1 sprig of rosemary

• 2 fresh peach slices (optional)

Directions: Add honey, lemon juice, balsamic and vodka in separate glass and stir until honey dissolves. Top off two large wine glasses with ice and add equal mixture to both. Top off with champagne and lightly stir together with sprig of rosemary. Garnish with peach slices and rosemary sprig.
